Occupied!

It was my first shift working on my own. On my previous shifts, I was training - so I always had another server working with me. This night was a Tuesday night, and it was just me and Avonlea, the bartender at the time, working. We were the only women in the bar, aside from a few regulars.

At one point, I went to the bathroom. While in there, I heard someone shuffling around. I didn't think anything of it at first. I assumed it was just a customer. I was still in the stall, and heard someone go into the stall next to mine. Whoever it was that went in there starting banging around very loudly. My first that was that there was probably some drunk woman fumbling around. They sounded like they were struggling, so I called out to them.

"Hey, girl! You okay?"

And then the banging sounds stop.

I was confused, so I looked under the stall. I didn't see any feet. It didn't look like there was anyone in there at all. When I came out of the stall I saw that there was, in fact, nobody in the bathroom besides me.

I was creeped out. I went to wash my hands quickly before getting myself out of there. As I was standing at the sink, I heard a super faint voice of a woman in my ear. I couldn't make out what she was saying, and I didn't want to stick around to find out. I ran out of the bathroom, still feeling like the hot air of a woman's breath was lingering at my eardrum.

The bartender let me leave early that night.
